Professional contractor procurement made simple

Proly automates procurement in construction, from project documents to contract. Get full control of every purchase, cost estimate and supplier across your whole organisation. All in one place.

From need to signed contract

Describe the project and Proly drafts a procurement plan. You can review the plan before you find suppliers, send requests for tender and compare bids.

Everything included in one procurement

Request for tender, bid submission, comparison, clarifications and contract. No modules to choose, nothing extra to buy.

A request written from the documents

The line items from the procurement plan, deadline, requirements and contact person are gathered in one request. You read it through and send it.

Bidders reply in the same structure

Suppliers price the line items in a shared template through a single link, without creating an account. Free for them, comparable for you.

Clarifications on the right line item

Questions and answers stay on the line item they concern, and carry over into the contract.

Deviations and reservations are priced

Reservations are flagged and priced, so the lowest number doesn't win because something was left unclear.

Draft contracts based on NS standards

The draft builds on the chosen bid and the clarifications, starting from NS 8405, 8406 or 8407.

The lowest price isn't always the best bid

The bids are normalised into the same structure. Deviations in price, quantities and environment are flagged. Company B has the lowest price. Weaker HSE, environment and delivery capability mean Company A wins overall. Company C has a reservation on price indexation that may raise the price.

Trade, environmental and administrative requirements follow the contract all the way down

Register the requirements on the project once. Proly links them to the right trade and carries them into requests for tender and contracts.

Requirements follow the contract chain

  1. Source of requirements

    Client (byggherre)

    Sets the project's requirements

Skilled workers · Sentral godkjenning · Electric site machinery · Quality of workmanship

  2. Main contractor+ own requirements

Passes on the client's requirements and adds its own

  3. Subcontractor+ own requirements

Inherits the requirements that apply and can add its own

  4. Sub-subcontractor

Receives the requirements relevant to its trade

  5. Traceable documentation at every level of the contract chain

Types of client requirements

  • Competence and skilled workers

Share of skilled workers · Apprentices on the project · Mesterbrev (master certificate)

  • Sentral godkjenning

Sentral godkjenning (DIBK) · Approval areas · Tiltaksklasse

  • Climate and environment

Electric site machinery · Climate weighting · Environmental certification

  • Quality of workmanship

Quality requirements · Certified methods · Documented inspection

  • Fair work (seriøsitet) and HSE

Max subcontracting levels · Permanent employees · Systematic HSE

Every level can add its own requirements. Only what is relevant to each party is passed on. Trade-specific requirements aren't shown to everyone.
